We, at the University of Minho in Braga – Portugal, have been organizing hands-on courses since 2003. Next year we decided also to have an International Workshop that will take place on the 11th and 12th of May.
Our goal is to have world references in different pathologies and to vastly discuss a theme. For that reason we invited Dr. Al-Mefty, Dr. Ali Krisht, Dr. Türe and Dr. Evandro, each of them world experts in different areas.
Each speaker will deliver a 2h30min communication, and participants will have 1h30min to ask questions and to discuss a case.
We believe this kind of workshop will be useful for both residents and qualified neurosurgeons. The city of Braga is 40 kms away from Oporto (international airport) and 20 km away from Guimarães (the birth of Nationality). Portugal’s cost of living is not very expensive when compared to other European countries.
We would like to invite you to propose posters and cases to be discussed with the speakers. I really hope you can attend this workshop, during which we will pay tribute to Professor Yaşargil.
